Consent to the processing of personal data

I consent to the processing of my personal data by the data administrator DATACOMP IT Sp. z o.o. with headquarters in Krakow (30-719), 101 Gromadzka St., KRS number 0000936569, in order to take action before the conclusion of the contract, performance of the contract, fulfillment of the legal obligation incumbent on the administrator and on the basis of the legitimate interest of the administrator, pursuant to Article 6, Paragraph 1, letter a), letter b), letter c) and letter f) of the General Data Protection Regulation [Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016].

I give my personal information voluntarily and declare that it is true.

I have read the content of the information clause, including information about the purpose and methods of processing personal data, the right to access my data and the right to correct it.
